I used to use a big wicker basket for my wood but it was not strong enough, then I switched to a galvanised bucket (too heavy)

But these are just hunky dory perfect

Originally they were apple baskets in a Central European orchard so they are made for heavy loads. I'm amazed at their robust, indestructible but lightweight form, they can really handle hard labour which makes them my new go to log basket.

My son also uses one for his toys.

This is the most magnificent Hungarian Pig table t

This is the most magnificent Hungarian Pig table that has ever come through our doors.

After spending a few weeks cleaning, treating, sanding and oiling it's now ready for the shop.

It's certainly a statement piece, the top slab is almost 20cm thick solid oak, it's simply gorgous.

It could be used anywhere, an island in the kitchen, console in the living room, decor in the garden etc.

It's a one off, a very rare piece if I had room it would stay but it will be available soon and seeking its new home.

Beware - brain dump about to commence on this post…

My first instagram post was around 4 years ago, I thought it was such a great platform (still do) to finally keep photos and express the moment, it was like a journal I would never lose. I was fed up with facebook so I took a big splash right in.

That post was on my first page @salubriousproject which is my family's life behind the scenes of work and school. It's a place for our memories, travelling, animals, nature volunteering and our simple and somewhat quiet muddy life.

Since that post 4 years ago, for some stupid, crazy ludicrous reason unknown to humankind this woman has now got 8 pages…. (madness!)

How do you keep up with that s#!T, you really really don't unless you have countless people following you around taking photos, writing content answering questions, it's simply not possible as a 1 person band, the music is bad, low quality and boring.

Anyway, to cut a long story short some of them have got to go and I am going to have an attempt at this starting today.

First easy ones to go are my kids pages. I think they are finally old enough to post any pics they want to show off on their own, there just might be a lot of spelling mistakes to navigate when reading their content, actually my spelling isn't that great either….

To meet my 2 favorite people you can find them at @careyloveland & @morneloveland, and BTW the surname Loveland has been in the family for over 5 generations, its an old English surname so both have it as their middles names, I didn't make it up whilst travelling barefoot through the forests of Hawaii. (not sure why I'm explaining myself but I do get funny looks sometimes)
