Check our this home ‘essential’ wooden storage box
They are from the early 19th century and would have kept all of the household essentials inside, blankets, towels, sewing kits, cleaning stuff, tools and pretty much everything else would go into one of these.
Large in size, a real rustic statement piece.
Now, they are fab as coffee or side tables, or in the bedroom as a bedroom box, kids room etc
Chippy paint, in original found condition so will need to be cleaned and possibly oiled. Solid piece, treated for worm.
